The Kraken is back! Gary Sanchez started the 2019 season with a bang, absolutely crushing the ball and showing improved defense behind the plate. But then came some struggles in early July followed by an IL stint of 16 games after a groin injury. Well, El Gary was activated on Saturday and he gave the Yankees the lead against the Blue Jays with this monster solo homer.

That sucker was gone the second it left the bat.
New York was looking lost at the plate before that homer from Sanchez, so hopefully it'll wake up a Yankees offense that's largely struggled for the past 13 innings.
