VIDEO: George Kittle is Getting Some Seriously Intense Offseason Workouts in
By James.r

Fresh off a fantastic second season in the NFL, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle is not playing around in preparing for next year. Kittle's sister, Emma, posted an Instagram story of him doing some superhuman bench pressing in the gym:

That is... a lot of plates. The man has definitely not gotten smaller.
Kittle caught 88 balls for 1,377 yards and five touchdowns last season with three different starting quarterbacks, solidifying himself as one of the top tight ends in the NFL. His strength and speed make him one of the hardest players to tackle in the league, and this is the type of behind the scenes work that makes that possible.

George Kittle 338
Christian McCaffrey 300
Saquon Barkley 285
DJ Moore 278
Albert Wilson 273
JuJu Smith-Schuster 250
Travis Kelce 239
Michael Thomas 221
V. McDonald 213
Melvin Gordon 211
James Conner 211
Kittle should benefit from a healthy Jimmy Garoppolo this season, and following the retirement of Rob Gronkowski, the title of NFL's best tight end is somewhat up-for-grabs.
If his workout skills are any indication, Kittle should be in the mix to claim that crown in 2019.
