VIDEO: Gerald McCoy Was Unable to Attend Son's Senior Night so Former Bucs Teammates Did to Fill in
By Parker White

Defensive tackle Gerald McCoy is no longer a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and because his new team the Carolina Panthers are heading on the road to San Francisco, he was unable to attend his son's senior night at Tampa Catholic. No worries, though. Some of his former teammates with the Bucs attended the game in his place to show their support for McCoy and his son. Take a look at this awesome display of brotherhood:
Gerald was unable to attend his son’s Senior Night in Tampa due to travel, so the guys stepped in for him.

In the video were veterans Lavonte David, Jameis Winston, Mike Evans and Donovan Smith. These guys didn't have to do this, but it shows how loved McCoy was amongst his Bucs teammates.
This is the bond that is unbreakable in the locker room. @Buccaneers

Oh, and they brought good luck, as Tampa Catholic came away with a 28-8 win over George Jenkins.
Football may be their job and they try to win every week, but this is another example of how football is family. These guys care for each other, even when they don't play on the same team any longer. You've got to love seeing this.
