The decision is in, and Gennadiy Golovkin has defeated Sergiy Derevyanchenko in a fight that was much closer than many expected. GGG narrowly avoided the upset after taking some massive shots in this one, but all that matters is he came away with the W.

This baby went the distance, but there was a controversial moment when it looked like the ref accidentally propped up GGG when he was about to be knocked down after a series of big blows.
