VIDEO: Gleyber Torres Gifted Edwin Encarnacion a Stuffed Parrot After His 30th HR in Win Over Twins

The slugfest in the Twin Cities has come to an end. The New York Yankees came away with the series victory over the Minnesota Twins after a miraculous comeback on Tuesday and a dominant showing on Wednesday. The Twins threatened plenty of times in the finale, even after the Bombers got out to a 9-3 lead, but Edwin Encarnacion was there to shut the door with his 30th home run of the season in the eighth inning.

But most important of all was Gleyber Torres standing at the top of the dugout waiting to give Encarnacion a stuffed parrot, which the slugger carried away with him.

No. 30 for No. 30. That deserved some type of gift, right?

Another series win for the Bombers, who now go on to face the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park for a four-game set.
