VIDEO: Harrison Bader Wins it for Cards With Walk-off Single to the Warning to Down the Reds
By Parker White

There is no denying it. Harrison Bader was the hero of Sunday's day game against the Cincinnati Reds. Not only did he make an unbelievable catch that took extra bases away, but it was Bader who came through with a walk-off single in the ninth inning for the St. Louis Cardinals.

Bader was sent down to Triple-A earlier this season because he was struggling at the plate. Well, over his last 15 games he's hitting .293 with one home run and nine RBI, including his first career walk-off RBI. This Cardinals offense is really coming together, and it's even deeper if Bader can continue this kind of play down in the order.

I'd say this a pretty good start to another long day for these two teams, who are playing double headers in back-to-back days. Thus far, the Redbirds have taken all three games and will look for the four-game sweep on Sunday night.
