VIDEO: Indians Overcome Deficit With Carlos Santana 2-Run Blast to Take Lead Over Yankees
By Thomas Carannante

The New York Yankees got out to a fast start in Cleveland and jumped out to a 2-0 lead over the Indians, but the Tribe didn't quit. The lineup eventually got to starter Domingo German, who has had trouble locating his pitches for most of the night. After tying the game up, Cleveland took the lead on this two-run blast from Carlos Santana.
