VIDEO: Jalen Hurts Rushes 30 Yards for Touchdown on 4th Down During Huge Sooners' Opening Drive
By Karl Rasmussen
Jalen Hurts has done nothing but impress since he stepped in as Oklahoma's starting quarterback, and he continued that trend on Saturday. His latest victim was UCLA's defense, as they were simply unable to contain the mobile quarterback on Oklahoma's opening drive. As part of a 99-yard drive, Hurts punched in the score on a fourth-and-three with this beautiful 30-yard rush.
Hurts' first play of the game was a 52-yard rush, and this drive consisted of five plays, four of which were runs from the QB. He picked up all 99 of the Sooners' yards on the ground and capped it off with this touchdown run.
This looks like the makings of a third-straight Heisman trophy in Norman, Okla.
