VIDEO: Jalen Ramsey Was Mic'd up for SNF vs the Bears and Was Chirping at Allen Robinson
By Karl Rasmussen
Jalen Ramsey and Allen Robinson were teammates for a brief period on the Jaguars, playing together for two seasons in 2016 and 2017. Well, their paths crossed again on Sunday Night, when Ramsey and the Rams took on Robinson and the Bears in Los Angeles. Ramsey was mic'd up for the showdown, so we were able to get a glimpse of what was being said on the field. And to no surprise, Ramsey was constantly smack talking his old running mate.
Right from the get-go, Ramsey is criticizing Robinson, chirping at him after a defensive stop and calling his double move "weak."
Ramsey is known for running his mouth and he didn't shy away just because he was lined up opposite his former teammate.
The newly-acquired Ram was enthusiastic on defense and a thrill to listen to with the microphone, dropping some stellar lines including, "We're not playing with nobody's children today."
Sunday was Ramsey's home debut for his new team, but he acted as if he'd played there many times before.
The star defensive back is comfortable in his position and confident with his skills, a combination which often results in the 25-year-old talking trash to his opponents. Robinson experienced that first-hand on Sunday.
