VIDEO: James Conner Leaves Teammate Hanging for High-5 After TD So He Can Dance Instead

No one's ever accused Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner of not being a team player, but this video highlight might make you do a double take. Rookie quarterback Mason Rudolph connected with Conner on a 21-yard touchdown, and wide receiver Diontae Johnson seemingly went to dap his guy up for giving the Steelers a 7-3 lead over the Bengals. It didn't happen, but for a really, really good reason.

If Johnson and Conner are asked about that missed high-five in their postgame interviews, they should insist that they planned on dancing all along (whether that's strictly true or not). Johnson's recovery was slick, and he found himself in sync with Conner all the same.

Regardless of missed high-fives and celebrations, the Steelers are up 7-3 against the Bengals in a Monday Night Football battle between two teams still searching for their first wins of the season.
