VIDEO: Javy Baez Shows Off Maximum Swag on All-Star Red Carpet
By Charles Nason
Some MLB players use the All-Star break to get some much needed rest and time with their families. Others, and mainly those participating in the All-Star Game, use the break to show off some of their swag and style. One of those players is Chicago Cubs shortstop Javy Baez.
Clearly, Javy Baez knows how to make an entrance and he knows how to do so with some pizazz. He also couldn't wait to show that he's not only stylish on the field, but off of it as well.
Baez is set to start in the All-Star Game at shortstop for the National League. In his grand entrance, "El Mago" showed off an incredible outfit highlighted by a silver blazer on the red carpet.
And don't worry, he's got the footwear to match.
Baez has cranked 22 homers and driven in 62 RBI, while slashing .289/.324/.556. With the numbers he's put up for the Cubs through the first half of the season, he deserves to flaunt some of his style and flair during his one break of the year.
