VIDEO: Jay Gruden Cracks Perfect Joke About Viral Clip of Josh Norman Jumping Over Bulls
By James.r

Video went viral last week of Washington Redskins star cornerback Josh Norman jumping over a bull. Literally. For most football coaches, it would be a concerning risk indeed to see a player of Norman's stature attempt such a wild stunt. In a press conference Wednesday, however, head coach Jay Gruden brushed the whole episode off with a proper joke at Norman's expense.

Seems like Gruden had that one in the vault and was just waiting to whip it out. And while the coach claims he's kidding, we're actually not so sure about that.
Norman is well-known for being a shutdown cornerback, but his ability as a tackler is, well... less-impressive. It was even mentioned in a comical video from the Amazon streaming series "All or Nothing" last week. Skip to the 1:45 mark to hear what Panthers quarterback Cam Newton had to say to Norman about what he'd do if he saw the corner in the open field: "I ain't juking," Cam said.
This entire conversation between Luke Kuechly, Cam Newton and Josh Norman is phenomenal.

Can’t trust Luke Kuechly with ANYTHING. pic.twitter.com/F03bOpEFrS
Ultimately, Gruden's joke was perfectly executed and all in good fun. Let's just hope Norman doesn't have thin skin.
