VIDEO: Jesse Winker Avoids Tag at 3rd Base With Freaking Impossible Tumbling Slide
By Scott Rogust
Have you ever watched a play and asked yourself, "how did that just happen?" Plenty of viewers of Thursday night's game between the Milwaukee Brewers and Cincinnati Reds asked that same question in the top of the second inning. Reds left fielder Jesse Winker unleased a hit that split Milwaukee's left and center fielders; In what looked to be a double, Winker forced the issue by running for third, and while late, he unleashed some serious "Matrix" moves to avoid the tag from Milwaukee's Mike Moustakas.
Is that Jesse Winker or Neo? Whoever it was, that was some unreal agility to secure the triple.
He truly is The One.
