By Sean Facey

Jose Ramirez seems to have finally found his groove. After a rough first half, he's turned on the afterburners for the Indians, and he continued his second-half tear with a late two-run home run to carry Cleveland to victory over the Texas Rangers on Wednesday.

The blast was his 15th of the year and was the deciding factor in Cleveland's win in the first leg of their doubleheader.
But he didn't stop there. In the third inning of the second game of the day, Ramirez lofted another home run to stake the Indians to an early 1-0 lead.

If he keeps playing like this, the Indians have a real shot at dethroning the Minnesota Twins and returning to the top of the AL Central standings.
