VIDEO: Josh Donaldson Launches His 200th Career Home Run as Braves Pounce on Marlins Early
By Karl Rasmussen
The Bringer of Rain has done it once more, and this time the long ball was extra special. Josh Donaldson demolished a blast to right-center field for a two-run blast, the 200th home run of his career.
He knew that ball wasn't coming back from the moment it touched the lumber, as Donaldson's power swing put the Braves on top 3-0.
He's come a long way since crushing his first big-league home run in 2010 as a 24-year-old for the Athletics.
The round-tripper was his 18th of the year, and he now has 45 RBI as he's clearly shaken off his cold start to the season.
