The Atlanta Braves looked to continue their stranglehold at the top of the NL East standings while facing the Philadelphia Phillies Wednesday night. With a 3-1 lead entering the bottom of the ninth inning, Atlanta's lead was threatened, as Adam Haseley and Cesar Hernandez both reached base on singles off Mark Melancon. With one out remaining, Phillies third baseman Maikel Franco hit a foul ball, which was chased by Josh Donaldson, who, with a bit of style, stuck his hand over the dugout railing and made the game-ending catch.

It wasn't quite as flashy as Derek Jeter's iconic tumble into the seats, but Donaldson's probably okay with that considering the Braves got the win and he didn't walk away with a handful of cuts and bruises.

It was a bit of a nail-biter, but the "Bringer of Rain" secured the victory for the Braves in the end.
