VIDEO: JT Realmuto's Clutch 2-Run Homer Helps Phillies Defeat Braves and Stay in Wild Card Race

The Philadelphia Phillies concluded their pivotal series against the NL East-leading Atlanta Braves on Thursday night. In the bottom of the eighth inning, the Phillies held a 7-5 lead. With Sean Rodriguez on second, catcher JT Realmuto mashed a two-run homer to right field to extend the Philadelphia's lead to 9-5.

With the win on Thursday, the Phillies move two games within the Chicago Cubs and Milwaukee Brewers for the second NL Wild Card spot.
Don't count out the Phillies, as they're still very much in the thick of the postseason race.
