VIDEO: Julius Randle and Jarrett Allen Both Miss Open Layups in Incredibly Embarrassing Sequence

Well, the Knicks-Nets rivalry wasn't anticipated to be much of a competition in the 2019-20 NBA season, and so far it's living up to that prediction. Midway through the second quarter, Julius Randle drove to the rim for an open layup, but somehow managed to blow it. Well, on the proceeding possession, Jarrett Allen tried to bring the ball to the rack and transition, but he also managed to whiff on the easy lay-in.

Are you serious? These are not only two NBA players, but they're no slouches either. They certainly didn't look like very gifted athletes in this sequence, however.

Even the commentators were in disbelief as the two big men both missed their shots from within inches of the rim.
