VIDEO: Justin Turner and Corey Seager Smash Home Runs to Put Dodgers on Top of Marlins
By Daniel Marcillo
Here we go again. After the Los Angeles Dodgers put up 15 runs on the Miami Marlins on Tuesday night, Justin Turner and Corey Seager picked up right where the offense left off. A couple dingers in the first inning already has LA out to a 3-0 lead.
Dodgers starter Clayton Kershaw has a career record of 63-16 when he gets three or more runs of support. The Marlins only put up one run on Tuesday night against Trevor May, so it's hard to think the NL East basement dwellers will be able to come back from this.
If Dodgers keep up the pace, maybe both teams can throw position players on the mound again, which has been the most interesting part of this series.
