VIDEO: Khabib Nurmagomedov Insists Conor McGregor Doesn't Deserve a Rematch
By Michael Luciano

While Conor McGregor was the best in his sport during his prime and is still the most famous UFC fighter to walk the planet, Khabib Nurmagomedov emphatically announced that McGregor's career as a champion was over with a resounding fourth-round win that allowed him to defend the lightweight belt. Khabib shot down any talk of a McGregor rematch, saying that he begged for him not to kill him and doesn't deserve another fight.

Considering this is the total opposite of McGregor's personality and public persona, it's still unclear if this is just Khabib trying to throw more dirt on McGregor's grave or not.
Khabib has a fight with Dustin Poirier at UFC 242 in September lined up, but his next big challenge will likely come in the form of Tony Ferguson, who is fresh off dismantling Donald Cerrone.

If it wasn't already abundently clear, McGregor 's days as the best fighter in the world are done, as a Russian lightweight who fights like a psychopath in the octagon now has a firm grasp on that title.
That is, unless Poirier or Ferguson have something to say about that.
