VIDEO: Kyle Shanahan's Emotional Postgame Speech to Players Was Amazing

The San Francisco 49ers picked up a huge win on the field Saturday night. Off the field, the team is dealing with a tragedy.
Quarterback C.J. Beathard's brother was killed outside a Nashville bar late Friday night in what can be deemed an act of senseless violence. The news was a shock and Beathard left the team to be with his family. Kyle Shanahan addressed the tragedy in an emotional speech following the game.

The head coach got emotional when he talking about how he spent an hour with a distraught Beathard over the weekend. It is hard for anyone watching to not get choked up as well.
Beathard has been with the 49ers since 2017 and has even had some success on the field with the team. Yet this is obviously much bigger than football. The fact his team got him a win is a small light to help with all the darkness he and his family are dealing with.
George Kittle has been with CJ Beathard since their Freshman years in college playing at Iowa.

Kittle is extremely close with the Beathard family and he gets emotional as today was a very hard day for those who knew Clayton Beathard. ? pic.twitter.com/VbTS6jlKsR
Shanahan has had his ups and downs throughout the years as a coach. This speech shows why he has the support of players and why he is trusted to lead a locker room of NFL players.
