VIDEO: Lakers and Magic Get Into Scuffle During Game After Incident With Dwight Howard
By Scott Rogust
Nobody would have ever thought the Los Angles Lakers would create an enemy in the Orlando Magic, but it happened on Wednesday night. During the fourth quarter, Lakers center (and former Magic star) Dwight Howard grabbed rebound after rebound in an attempt to score in the paint, but to no success. After the whistle blew, Howard swiped at Mo Bamba and Michael Carter-Williams, which proved to be the final straw for the Magic, as they began converging on Los Angeles' big man.
It's only fitting that once Carter-Williams got involved, fellow hothead Jared Dudley made a mad dash to the middle of the scrum. In response, the officials ejected Dudley from the game for escalating matters.
Guess the Lakers weren't appreciative of Orlando's "bandwagon cam."
