sLaVar Ball is usually on TV making outlandish claims that foolishly state either his son Lonzo Ball is the best basketball player ever, or that his three sons will wind up playing together and winning a championship. But, today on First Take, it was LaVar's failed attempt at flirting with host Molly Qerim that made everyone watching cringe and turn away from their screens.

"You can switch gears with me anytime" will certainly be heard throughout Qerim's nightmares tonight, as the host clearly looked stunned and bothered by the line from Ball.

They say shooters shoot, and clearly the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in the Ball family, as both Lonzo and LaVar struggle to connect. Stephen A. Smith and Max Kellerman could only shake their heads after Ball's line, one that gets more cringeworthy each time you watch it.

Not all hours of the day for Ball, either. Just...most. And in the morning. And on national television.
