Always, always foul when up three in the closing seconds of an NBA game. The young Mavs learned this the hard way, and veteran coach Rick Carlisle ought to know better. The Lakers got LeBron James the ball, and instead of standing around and letting the King heave one up from the corner, LBJ drove into the paint, drawing help (for some reason), and hit Danny Green in the corner. Money.
