When you're expect to carry your nation to continental glory in a tournament that you yourself are hosting, you have to break out the bag of tricks and dazzle us with something spectacular. Mohamed Salah did just that. The Liverpool superstar is trying to lead Egypt to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations title. In front of his home fans in Cairo, Salah uncorked a tremendous effort on goal to put Egypt up 2-0 over The Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Apparently scoring in a Champions League final isn't enough for the Egyptian dynamo, as he looks to set about destroying the best defenses in Africa for the next few weeks.
While Salah will get the glory, that goal wouldn't have happened if not for the solo run of Trezeguet, nicknamed such after Juventus legend David Trezeguet. The Kasimpasa midfielder, who scored the only goal in a 1-0 win over Uganda, made this whole thing possible.

The Zimbabwe back line has to be fearing the worst when they have to go up against Salah and Egypt in a few days.
