VIDEO: LSU's K'Lavon Chaisson Takes Obvious Shot at Texas QB Sam Ehlinger and Tries to Walk it Back

Folks, if you weren't already AMPED for Week 2's showdown between the LSU Tigers and Texas Longhorns, you certainly will be after this compelling storyline. Tigers linebacker K'Lavon Chaisson played against quarterback Sam Ehlinger in Texas' 6A State Title game back in 2015, and was asked for his thoughts about facing him again. The LB responded by taking a brazen shot at his longtime foe, but tried to walk it back by claiming he wasn't scorning the gunslinger. Have a look at Chaisson's passive-aggressive feedback:

Oh my.

There's no doubting that Ehlinger is a dual-threat QB as he rushed for 16 touchdowns in 2018. However, he also threw for 25 scores compared to just five interceptions. His passing game should not be overlooked and something tells us he'll be motivated to showboat his arm in the clash and make Chaisson eat some crow.

Can we just flash forward to 7:30 p.m. ET next Saturday, please?
