VIDEO: Mariners Fan Makes Incredible Catch on Foul Ball While Holding Child

There hasn't been much to write home about over the course of the 2019 season as it pertains to the Seattle Mariners, at least not since their hot start. It's gotten so bad for the last-place M's that the most exciting plays on game day are happening in the stands. One Mariners fan submitted his case for "Dad of the Year" when he snagged a Luis Rengifo foul ball with one hand. Even more impressive, he did it while sitting down with his infant son in his lap.

Seattle is in need of a fourth outfielder with some defense. Maybe give this guy a call?
When one hand has your child and a drink in it, you've really got to be confident in your ability to reach up and pluck the ball out of the air. Credit to this guy and his web gem for finally providing some entertainment at a Mariners game.

That catch was so good that Jerry Dipoto is already on the phone trying to trade this guy for two 18-year-old pitching prospects.
