VIDEO: Matt Nagy Throws an Absolute Bomb for a Touchdown at Bears Training Camp
By Kevin Aquino

If the Chicago Bears found themselves really, really desperate at quarterback for whatever reason, they could give a jersey to head coach Matt Nagy and see what happens. The former arena football quarterback showed how his arm has held up at 41 years of age.

As mentioned by Dov Kleiman in the tweet, Coach Nagy and Tom Brady are about the same age, making "Player-Coach Nagy" not completely out of question. Nagy also hit second-year wide receiver Javon Wims with a slick pass during practice today.

The Bears appear to be in good shape at quarterback though, with Mitchell Trubisky being the first Bears QB to be named to the Pro Bowl since Jim McMahon in 1986.
Coach Nagy is holding Trubisky to a high standard ahead of the season, in hopes that he can build upon last year's effort.
#Bears coach Matt Nagy on Mitch Trubisky being under a microscope: "We're testing some things out. That's your guys' job to be critical of him and me. We know how to balance that. We know what's real and what's not real. That's what we do."

Chicago finished with a 12-4 record and ended the team's eight-year playoff win drought in Nagy's first year as head coach. The 2018 season also saw the Bears clinch the NFC North and the team's first winning season since 2012.
