When you look like a famous person, you'd better milk it until people realize you're nothing but average. This Max Scherzer lookalike (and Nats fan?!) ended up in the perfect place at the perfect time during the World Series parade, and weaved his way through the crowd thanks to the police force, who definitely thought they were escorting someone else.

What a time to be alive. He didn't hesitate when people wanted to take selfies with him, either. For a moment, the guy was a rockstar (and clearly, nobody was checking the eyes here).

I know the guy does look like the Nationals ace, but I hope this guy knew he was meeting a Scherzer lookalike. Did he really think he'd be walking around in a Nationals jacket all alone? On side streets? Come on, dude, he's got teammates to carouse with.

Let's hope that the Scherzer lookalike didn't go too far imitating his doppel and end up in traction with a back issue.
