VIDEO: Mets Announcers Fully Jinx Zack Wheeler Into Allowing Monster Bomb to Juan Soto

Have you ever heard of the term "eating crow?" That's exactly what the New York Mets commentators had to do on Tuesday night. When Washington Nationals outfielder Juan Soto stepped up to the plate, Keith Hernandez chimed in, saying the youngster "isn't a home run hitter." On the very next pitch from Zack Wheeler, Soto not only hit a homerun, but he hit a bomb all the way to the upper deck of Citi Field.

There was some extra motivation in that swing, as if Soto heard the Mets announcing team all the way up in the broadcast booth.
