VIDEO: Michael Thomas Absorbs Powerful Hits and Nabs 2nd TD of Day Against Bucs
By Michael Luciano
The New Orleans Saints might be down to their backup quarterback in Teddy Bridgewater, but it helps to have one of the most dominant receivers in the game in Michael Thomas lining up on the outside. Thomas has been carving up the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense from minute one on Sunday, and he found the end zone for the second time by bruising through the Tampa secondary en route to paydirt. Thomas has 182 yards on 10 catches against Todd Bowles' secondary.
There is a reason that the Saints are still favored to win the NFC South, and Thomas' role in that offense is a big part of that.
