VIDEO: Miguel Sano Hits an Absolute Bomb to Blow Game Open Against Yankees
By Sean Facey
With his team already staked to a three-run lead and runners on second and third in the fourth inning, Minnesota Twins slugger Miguel Sano had a chance to blow the game wide open against the New York Yankees. And on a full count offering from Domingo German, he did just that, ripping a three-run bomb to left field to give the Twins an 8-2 lead.
It's no secret that the Yankees' offense is one of the most potent in the league, making it imperative to pile on runs at every possible opportunity.
In what could be a possible playoff matchup, the Twins have to love what they're seeing out of their offense through the first two games of this series.
