VIDEO: Mike Freeman Rips 2-Run Shot to Pull Indians Closer to Yankees
By Michael Luciano

As the old saying goes, when it rains, it pours. After looking invincible just weeks ago, the New York Yankees can't seem to do anything right in their series against the Blue Jays and Indians. Despite taking a commanding 5-0 lead early, the bullpen has faltered once again, as utility player Mike Freeman slapped a two-run home run that helped turn a 5-0 game into a 5-4 one.
Now is as nice of a time as any for a 3️⃣6️⃣9️⃣ foot homer, no?

In case Yankees fans weren't furious enough already, Freeman is a career .171 hitter over three seasons with ONE career home run prior to that one.
To make matters worse, it came off of Tommy Kahnle, who has surrendered four runs on Sunday despite coming into the afternoon with a 1.48 ERA.

1st 28 Games - 24.1 IP, 6 R, 4 ER, 3 HR
You truly can't predict baseball. Not only have Kahnle and the Yankees imploded of late, but they've officially surrendered a home run to the Cleveland Indian who's least likely to hit one. Sometimes it's just not your week.
