VIDEO: Mike Soroka Delivers Unreal Breaking Ball to Mets' Dominic Smith
By Brian Cass

Atlanta Braves pitcher Mike Soroka has been one of the many bright spots for his team this season, posting a stellar 2.07 ERA. Facing off against Jacob deGrom and the New York Mets, Soroka is surely looking to make a statement against the 2018 NL Cy Young winner. He's held the Mets scoreless through three innings so far, and this breaking ball to draw a swing from first baseman Dominic Smith shows just why he's been so effective.
Yeah ... good luck when Soroka is feeling it. pic.twitter.com/yzt075jDUY

With the movement on that pitch, Smith stood no chance at making a play on it. It appears to be heading right for the strike zone before dipping at the last minute. You don't make contact with a pitch that good.
The Braves already have a 3-0 cushion in this game and it appears like Soroka is really feeling it tonight with his breaking ball. Good luck to all the Mets sluggers facing Soroka, they'll need it.
