VIDEO: MMA Fighter Penalized at Bellator 223 for Kicking Opponent 'Right in the Gooch'

Mixed Martial Arts is one of the world's most brutal and insane sports, but with that come some limitations. Most outrageous moves are legal when in the Octagon, but this one by Jorge Kanella was just too far.

During the third round of a lightweight tilt between Kanella and Alfie Davis at Bellator 223 in London, Kanella kicked Davis "right in the gooch," which were Davis' exact words after the bout. Kanella was deducted a point for his dirty move.

Nonetheless, Kanella feels he should have won the match after the judges gave the victory to Davis in a unanimous decision.
“The judges’ decision was unfair, but what can I do? It’s always the same when you’re fighting in enemy territory,” he said afterward.
Maybe don't go for cheap shots when the opponent is lying on the ground?
