VIDEO: Nick Castellanos Hits Opposite Field Blast for First Home Run as a Cub

The Chicago Cubs added veteran outfielder Nick Castellanos at the trade deadline, and it looks as if the acquisition is already paying dividends. Castellanos just ripped an oppo taco for his first Cubs home run, putting the team on top of the A's in the first inning.

After a relatively quiet first half for Castellanos, entrapped in the weak Tigers' lineup with limited protection from surrounding batters, the outfielder is finally getting the chance to play for a contender.
It looks like hitting ahead of some of the game's finest hitters has boosted his confidence.
