VIDEO: Nick Wright Talking Trash on Tom Brady Should Be a Delight for All Patriots Fans
By Andy Loughmiller

If you aren't a member of Patriots Nation, chances are you despise the franchise due to their monolithic dominance over the past two decades. Even media professionals are not above talking trash about Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.
FS1 "First Things First" co-hos Nick Wright decided on Wednesday to share his opinion on Brady's performance thus far in 2019, and he has been less than impressed.
"Tom Brady isn't even the guy he was this past January, much less the guy he was over the last 2 decades. ... Do I fear that Tom Brady is going to drive the ball 85 yards for a game-winning TD? Not in 2019, I don't." — @getnickwright pic.twitter.com/vYAqFPyeZP

Wright believes that the six-time Super Bowl champion is considerably worse than he was just one year ago. Furthermore, he does not believe in Brady's ability to put together a game winning drive if he were asked to do so.
Will these people ever learn? TB12 is known for turning outsiders' doubt into motivational fuel, and Wright just gifted him exactly that.
Brady made some incredible plays last week against the Dallas Cowboys in rainy and windy conditions, including a brilliant throw to convert a third-and-20, proving that he can still get it done at age 42.
Doesn’t have to be perfect, either. Brady can still buy himself time and be accurate down the field.

Pretty impressive quickness here to step around Robert Quinn and Isaiah Wynn, turn his shoulders, and fire a strike to Julian Edelman 20 yards down the field on third and 20. pic.twitter.com/wdZ1KTV7u8
Have Brady's numbers declined in his 20th season in the NFL? Yes, but Wright makes it sound as if that the Patriots' offensive woes are entirely on the quarterback, which is unfair. New England has been without two of their No. 1 offensive linemen for much of the season, and have not gotten a lot of production from their running game compared to recent years. Despite it all, the team is still 10-1 and gunning for another title.
Wright appears to still be salty about his home town Chiefs losing to the Patriots in last year's AFC Championship, and that should bring delight to the hearts of Patriots' fans everywhere. Brady gets under the skin of haters without even trying, and that isn't changing anytime soon.
