Nooooooooo! This has got to be some kind of terrible omen of what's to come. The 2019-20 season in the Premier League was just seven minutes old as Liverpool's Divock Origi dragged the ball to the byline. He whipped a low cross into the danger zone, but instead of clearing the ball out, Norwich defender Grant Hanley swung his leg into it and whacked it right into the back of his own net.

Not exactly the way the Canaries envisioned their first game back up in top flight going. An it's authentically devastating for Hanley, who played an unfortunate role in the first highlight of the new EPL campaign.
