The talk of the NFL in the past 24 hours has been Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown apparently threatening retirement...over a helmet. That's right, and you're probably wondering, "hey, what does OJ Simpson think of this controversy?" Well, "The Juice" has you covered, as he sent out a video via his official Twitter account on Friday suggesting that he doesn't believe even for a minute that Brown would retire from the NFL over a piece of equipment.

The disgraced former running back understands where the NFL is coming from when it comes to their new helmet rules, considering he played in an era marred by CTE and concussions.

Simpson stresses that Brown is set to earn $50 million over the next three years, and notes that if he were to truly call it quits, he'd have to return his $19 million signing bonus to the Raiders.

OJ isn't buying what Antonio Brown is selling, and he's hoping the star receiver plays this upcoming season. But of course, that doesn't explain what this addled old man is doing with that golf club.
