VIDEO: Pablo Sandoval Rips Wall-Scraping Walk-off Solo Shot to Lift Giants Over the Cubs in Extras

How about a little bit of extra inning magic inspired by none other than the Kung Fu Panda himself? The Giants and Cubs were deep into extra innings, when Pablo Sandoval grabbed the lumber in the bottom frame and took care of business with a single swing of the bat. He launched a deep fly ball to left field that just barely snuck over the fence.

Robel Garcia was incredibly close to coming away with the robbery, but ultimately the ball found the seats before bouncing back into the outfield grass, capping off the Giants' victory.

It was the fifth walk-off hit for the veteran in his 12-year career, and it kept the Giants' hot streak alive, having now won 10 of their last 11 contests and sliding into second place in the NL West.
