Monday night's NBA Awards ceremony was filled with powerful speeches from some of the NBA's best and brightest. But Pascal Siakam's speech for most improved player stood out as one that will inspire kids for generations.

The Cameroonian forward thanked his mother and the work ethic she instilled in him, then went on to thank his father, who had always dreamed and believed that his NBA success was possible.

Siakam finished the speech by speaking directly to children in Africa, telling them that though it may be hard or seemingly impossible, believing and working toward your dream will make it happen.

"It always seems impossible until it's done."
