VIDEO: Patrick Mahomes Tosses TD Pass to Travis Kelce in Return to Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs went above and beyond to ensure superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes was ready to return after spending just two games shelved with a dislocated knee cap. Head coach Andy Reid tabbed Mahomes the starter for Week 10's clash against the Tennessee Titans, and last year's MVP got the Chiefs on the scoreboard early with a perfectly executed shuffle pass to Travis Kelce.

Mike Vrabel's defense stood no chance, as they were completely hoodwinked into thinking that Mahomes was handing the ball off to tailback Damien Williams.
What a start for Mahomes and KC.
