VIDEO: Patrick Mahomes Uncorks Insane Deep TD Throw to Mecole Hardman in Chiefs Practice
By James.r

The Kansas City Chiefs have too many weapons. With speed all over the field and one of the best arms in the NFL, big plays are bound to happen -- and often. Patrick Mahomes showed off his cannon Wednesday at practice, unleashing a bomb on the run to his newest burner, Mecole Hardman.

What. A. Throw. Every day Patrick Mahomes makes plays we can't believe, and just because it's not in a game doesn't make it any less impressive.
Hardman, the Chiefs second-round pick out of Georgia, has impeccable speed and is going to be a constant problem for opposing defenses. While Hardman may have been drafted in part out of concern that Tyreek Hill was facing a harsh suspension, pairing him with a (not suspended) Hill creates a potentially unstoppable tandem. There are few NFL rosters with even one DB who can match their speed, let alone two.
Oh and by the way, Mahomes was actually unhappy with his touchdown launch.
Direct quote from Mahomes: “It was probably the ugliest sixty-yard pass I’ve thrown.”

Buckle up, folks. With the talent and weapons he has, Patrick Mahomes is gearing up for another MVP season. Based on this throw, I'd say he has a good shot at getting it.
