Pistol Pete has done it again! After walking off Carlos Santana in the opening round of the Home Run Derby, the New York Mets rookie slugger subjected Ronald Acuña Jr. to the same fate, eliminating the Atlanta Braves star as time expired to punch his ticket to the Derby final against Vladimir Guerrero Jr.

He certainly seems to have a flair for the dramatic, though it's worth noting that he had 30 seconds of bonus time in each of the two rounds.
Nonetheless, it was yet another exciting moment in what has turned out to be a truly historic Home Run Derby.
