VIDEO: Peyton Manning Explains Why He and Eli Should Absolutely Not Become a Broadcasting Duo
By Jerry Trotta

Living up to its esteemed reputation, Allen Fieldhouse had some celebrities in attendance for Saturday's matchup between Kansas and Tennessee. The most distinguished of the bunch was Volunteer alum and former five-time NFL MVP Peyton Manning, who was gracious enough to agree to an interview with ESPN's Holly Rowe during the game. Now that Peyton and his brother Eli are both retired, Rowe asked Manning if he could visualize a future where he and his younger sibling form a broadcasting duo. Peyton swiftly squandered that notion.
Gracious and hilarious. Pretty great combo! Thank you Peyton Manning. Glad you got to experience Allen Fieldhouse. pic.twitter.com/mlAzN0aM4F

Peyton cracked wise by stating that Eli would overwhelm him in the booth by talking too much. As it turns out, the brothers do not flaunt a great chemistry as it pertains to letting each other speak.
Manning retired back in 2016, and though many NFL fans are clamoring for him to enter the broadcasting world, he's remained evasive about his post-retirement future.

If he ever endures a change of heart, we can firmly rule out the possibility of him teaming up with Eli. Sorry, NFL fans.
