VIDEO: Philip Rivers' Altercation With Chiefs Defender Proves How Insufferable He is
By Sean Facey
Philip Rivers is a lot of things. He's an eight-time Pro Bowler, a former Comeback Player of the Year and a perennial 4,000-yard passer. What he isn't, however, is tolerable. The veteran quarterback never ceases to act like the whiny kid on the playground when he's out on the gridiron, and this altercation with Kansas City Chiefs defender Chris Jones proves how insufferable he really is.
Rivers threw a hissy fit over the fact that Jones pushed him even though he was literally sitting on top of the man who brought him to the ground in the first place.
He acted like a child all because he didn't quite like how he was being treated. Rivers is an NFL quarterback. He needs to have thicker skin than this.
If he doesn't grow up, players around the league are going to continue to pay him no mind like Jones did here.
