VIDEO: PK Subban Bids Heartfelt Farewell to Nashville After Trade to Devils
By Max Scoli
The New Jersey Devils and Nashville Predators made a big splash in the second day of the 2019 NHL Draft , as three-time NHL All-Star Team honoree P.K. Subban will have a new home in the Prudential Center. Subban has played for Nashville over the past three seasons, but his time with the organization has come to an end. There's no doubt he is adequately grateful for the opportunity that the Predators gave him, and the star took to social media to convey that idea for the whole world to hear on Saturday afternoon.
This move was clearly a salary dump for the Predators, attempting to clear salary cap space for free agency.
Subban is one of the most outgoing to entertaining personalities in the NHL today, and it will be hard for Predators fans to watch the fan favorite go.
As for Devils supporters, it appears good times are ahead.
