VIDEO: Raptors Fan Tracks Down Draymond Green in Toronto to Call Him a Donkey in Lame Troll Attempt
By Jerry Trotta
The passionate city of Toronto promised to contribute as much as humanly possible to the Raptors first two games against the Warriors at Scotiabank Arena before they hop on a plane for Oakland. And most would agree that Drake and Co. are doing just that. Scotiabank was borderline deafening on Thursday evening for Game 1 and Jurassic Park was so crowded that there was hardly any room for basic movements. But this devoted fan base just won't quit as a clip surfaced of a lone fan trolling Draymond Green outside of Golden State's team hotel on Saturday night, referring to him as a "donkey" on several occasions. Check it out:
"Donkey! Donkey! Donkey! Draymond, Drake hates you man. Draymond you're fully an eight out of 10 in real life. You're a seven on T.V.," uttered the obnoxious fan.
Considering the fact that the aficionado repeated himself several times, we'll go out on a limb and say that his message was received loud and clear.
Perhaps this was all to retaliate for the Warriors All-Star walking around Toronto in a Drake hoodie to troll the decorated rapper and city?
Whatever the case, if this fan was trying to get a reaction out of Draymond, it didn't work. We normally respect a good heckler, but this wasn't the least bit humorous and treaded dangerously close to offensive.
Forget donkeys for a second, this fan poked the bear. Expect Green and Co. to come out flying from the opening tip of Sunday night's Game 2.
