VIDEO: Red Sox Legend Carl Yastrzemski Throws Out First Pitch to Grandson Mike at Fenway Park

One of the great moments of MLB's 2019 season was delivered Tuesday when Giants outfielder Mike Yastrzemski, grandson of Boston Red Sox legend and baseball Hall of Famer Carl Yastrzemski, socked a home run in his first career game at Fenway Park. Fast forward roughly 24 hours later and Fenway was once again oozing with poignant storylines. Checkout Carl and Mike play a little game of catch to open Wednesday night's clash for a heartwarming first pitch.
Okay, what wise guy is out here cutting onions because we are weak in the knees upon witnessing this glorious piece of content.
Even at 80 years old, Yaz is able to reach home plate, and we wouldn't expect anything less from a living legend.
What a moment.
