VIDEO: Reds Pitcher Lucas Sims Makes Impressive Diving Snag on Popped up Bunt

As a pitcher, when you don't have dominant stuff and are facing a loaded offense, sometimes you need to help your cause in a big way. In the fifth inning up one run against the Milwaukee Brewers, Cincinnati Reds right-hander Lucas Sims made one of the more impressive defensive plays to help his cause. After Tyler Saladino popped up a bunt in foul territory, it was Sims to react the fastest, putting his body on the line to make a nice diving catch.

Not only did he read this failed bunt attempt quickly, but he had the perfect reaction to the play and showed off defensive hustle you don't see from most hurlers.
